Novartis

2013 - 2016

From March 2013 to August 2016 I led the UX research on a team responsible for improving collaboration among scientists within Novartis.

Projects: Scientist profiles, Lab profiles, Activity stream, expertise discovery

Roles: UX Research Lead / UX Designer

How do we bring the simplest, most useful collaboration experience to every Novartis scientist working in drug discovery?

A collection of deliverables

Based on a company-wide survey, interviews, and workshops I conducted, I developed a short- and long-term collaboration strategy along with the product manager and tech lead. The following projects are a direct result of this work.
